Superior Leg Strap Warranty

We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our Canadian Shield Equinewear® Superior Leg Straps and EZ Clean Tail Cords. If your straps/cords break under normal use on a horse blanket, within 3 years of purchase, we will happily repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover breakage due to strap cutting, negligence, or improper care. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at canadianshieldeq@gmail.com. We will provide you with an authorization number and return instructions. 

• Copy of your original purchase receipt required
• Products must be cleaned prior to return in accordance with health and safety practices.
• When returning an item under warranty, customer will be required to cover cost to ship item with tracking provided as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
• Canadian Shield Equinewear® will repair or replace your strap in a timely manner and ship the product back to you at no charge.
